Royce Regier, Fire Chief
EMERCENCY CALL 911
In case a tornado would threaten the City, you would be warned by a siren that would last 2 to 3 minutes. This means you should take immediate cover. There is NO all clear signal. You should listen to your local radio station for weather information to determine if it is safe to exit your shelter. If you hear the siren again, another tornado has been spotted and you should again take cover.
Sirens are tested the first Thursday evening every month, weather permitting.
