121 N. Main Street The Buhler Public Library and the City of Buhler are working on plans for the new renovation. Plans include a children's area, story time and craft room, young adult area, technology center, DVD and Audio sections, adult reading areas and much more! BPL currently provides our community with a variety of services and materials in a comfortable and homey atmosphere. Pam Fast has been the Director/Librarian for seventeen years. We are located in downtown Buhler. The library houses approximately 11,000 volumes including fiction, non-fiction, audio books, rotating books and numerous periodicals including The Hutchinson News. We also offer a wide selection of entertainment DVDs with new releases arriving weekly. Services include outreach programs, inter-library loans, five computer work stations with high speed internet and printers, fax machine, copy machine, and small study area. Special story times and programs are held as posted. "Dream Big READ" summer reading program for ages preschool through 8th grade, and "Between the Covers" adult reading program will both begin on June 1 and continue through July 31. Story times and crafts will be scheduled once a week during the program for children preschool through age 10. Special events for adults will also be offered during the summer.
